Pre-service education

In the Class teacher education programme it is possible to specialize in immersion. The main subject is pedagogy and other subjects are didactic studies and Swedish in a multilingual society. The Bachelor’s and Master’s degree give the qualification of a class teacher in basic education.

In the Early childhood teacher education programme it is possible to specialize in immersion. The education programme contains studies in early childhood education and psychology, arts and skills subjects, as well as studies in language and communication. The Bachelor’s degree gives the qualification of an early childhood education teacher and preschool teacher.

In-service education

In-service education is arranged in cooperation with the Centre for lifelong learning and other actors, for example, the Svenska nu -network.
