Everyone who is granted an exchange place via Åbo Akademi is granted a scholarship, as long as they apply for it in SoleGrant (via SoleMove)

If you go on exchange to Asia, Australia, America, or Africa, you will receive 1800€ per semester.

If you go on exchange to the Nordic countries, you will receive 200€ / month and a travel grant of either 330€ or (660€ to Iceland and the Faroe Islands).

Europe is divided into two different categories;

• Category 1: 540€/month – Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden, UK, Liechtenstein and Norway
• Category 2: 490€/month –  Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, France, FYR Macedonia, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria

In addition, there is the Swedish Student Fund (studiefonden.fi) from which everyone who study in Swedish can apply for scholarships.
