Double Degree in Information Technology with POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Romania

Applied Artificial Intelligence: Åbo Akademi students enrolled in the Computer Science track will follow the Artificial Intelligence track during their year at POLITEHNICA Bucharest. During the mobility period at POLITEHNICA Bucharest, the student completes 20 ECTS worth of courses in subjects like Neural Networks and Self-organizing systems. The mobility period, and the programme, is wrapped up by the completion of a 30 ECTS Master thesis and 10 ECTS of Research activities, giving the student a chance to deepen their expertise in a current topic. After completing the programme, the student will graduate with a Master of Science degree from Åbo Akademi University and with a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from POLITEHNICA Bucharest.

Advanced Software Engineering: Åbo Akademi students enrolled in the Computer Engineering track will follow the Software Engineering track during their year at POLITEHNICA Bucharest. During the mobility period at POLITEHNICA Bucharest, the student completes 20 ECTS worth of courses in Software Engineering. The mobility period, and the programme, is wrapped up by the completion of a 30 ECTS Master thesis and 10 ECTS of Research activities, giving the student a chance to deepen their expertise in a current topic. After completing the programme, the student will graduate with a Master of Science (Technology) degree from Åbo Akademi University and with a Master’s of Software Engineering from POLITEHNICA Bucharest.

After completing the programme, the student graduates with a Master’s of Software Engineering from POLITEHNICA Bucharest and with a Master of Science (Technology) degree from Åbo Akademi University.
