Willför Vice Rector with a 50 % commitment
Professor Stefan Willför will act as Vice Rector for Research, with a 50 % commitment from February 1 to July 31, 2019. Niklas Sandler will continue as Vice Rector one day a week until the end of the term, having taken on the position as Chief Technology Officer at Nanoform in Helsinki at the start of the year 2019.
Vice Rector Willför will act as chairman of the Graduate School Board (FUN), is authorised to approve research agreements and other current matters and will handle other duties given by the Rector. Vice Rector Sandler will continue to be responsible for the research profiles and the fifth profiling application, while Willför takes care of the practicalities. Both Vice Rectors take part in the process for the new strategy.
