Doctoral thesis in Special Education

M.A. (Ed.) Eva Staffans’ doctoral thesis in Special Education will be put forth for public defence at the Faculty of Education and Welfare Studies at Åbo Akademi University. 

The thesis is entitled Joint Mission or Mission Impossible? Exploring Conditions for Itinerant Early Childhood Special Education Teachers’ Work. 

The public defence of the doctoral thesis takes place on 16 June 2023, 1 PM, in Akademisalen, Academill, Rantakatu 2, Vaasa. You can also follow the defence online. Senior Lecturer Gunilla Lindqvist, Uppsala university, Sweden, will serve as opponent and Professor Kristina Ström, Åbo Akademi University, as custos.
