Åbo Akademi University invites all individuals who have completed their doctoral degrees to participate in the formal conferral ceremony, provided they have not done so previously. During the ceremony, doctoral graduates are formally conferred with the title of Doctor and receive the insignia associated with their degree. Honorary Doctors and Jubilee Doctors are also conferred at this event.
The next Conferral Ceremony will be arranged on Friday, May 21 2027 at Logomo in Turku. The ceremony is open for guests.
