Donate to Professors of Practice
Ahead of our centenary anniversary, we want to take the next step. Through the HHÅA100 fundraising campaign, we are collecting donations to fund Professors of Practice – an initiative that truly bridges the gap between academia and real-world experience.
A Professor of Practice enables closer collaboration with the business world, strengthens the relevance of our research, and gives our students an even better start in their careers.

What is a Professor of Practice?
A Professor of Practice strengthens the university’s collaboration with the business community and society. The person contributes extensive knowledge and practical insights from a career outside the university sector, for example through lectures, workshops, seminars, thesis supervision, and mentoring. A Professor of Practice is appointed for a three-year period and works part-time (20%) alongside their regular professional commitments.
We are setting an ambitious goal for the HHÅA100 fundraising campaign: 500,000 euros to enable four Professors of Practice to work at HHÅA for various periods starting from 2028.
