Welfare technology within healthcare

Are you interested in welfare technology within healthcare? Would you want to develop and gain new competence within the field? You now have the chance to learn how to lead digital change processes in combination with knowledge in welfare technology!

In connection with Åbo Akademi University’s investment in continuous learning within the field of welfare, four courses (4 x 5 credits) are offered with a focus on welfare technology. The studies go through new digital e-Health services, as well as how new user-friendly and evidence-based digital solutions are developed, implemented, and evaluated. Other central themes are digital change processes, financial prerequisites, sustainable development, and global trends. The studies are based on and developed for making participation possible for adults in working life.

The language of instruction depends on the instructor, but course participants are free to choose the language they prefer, and are offered language support in any of the three course languages: Swedish; Finnish; or English.
