How do I get a key to the buildings?
You order the key and then pick it up from Facilities management office (Tavastgatan 13 in Åbo) the following day. For more information, see the intranet (requires login).
How do I change my address?
You can change your address yourself in the study planning tool under “My Profile”(student.abo.fi) or contact studinfo@abo.fi.
How do I notify ÅAU regarding change of name and/or personal identity code?
Notice of change of name and/or personal identity code is made at the student office. In order for the change to be made, you should present a certificate from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency or a valid proof of identity with the new name/personal identity code.
If you have changed your name and also want a new abo.fi address with the new name, you should be in contact with helpdesk@abo.fi. Also remember to notify the library separately.
