How do I get a key to the Åbo Akademi Universitybuildings?
Newly admitted bachelor students and exchange students usually get their keys from their tutors during the orientation week. If you did not get your keys that way, order it from the facilities management. You find the instructions on the intranet (use your ÅAU user account to log in).
My postal adress has changed, how do I update the information?
You change your address information directly in study planning tool, you find instructions on the intranet.
My name or Finnish ID code has changed, how do I update the information?
You cannot change your name or Finnish ID code in the study register on your own, you need to be in contact studinfo@abo.fi. In order for your name or Finnish ID code to be updated, you need offical documention of the change. This documentation can be certificates from the DVV (The Digital and Population Data Services Agency) or a photo identification.

I am no longer a student but need a certificate of my studies at Åbo Akademi University, what should I do?
Certificates from the study register (student certificate, transcript of records) are subject to a fee if you are not registered as attending or absent. For help with certificates, be in contact studinfo@abo.fi
