Doctoral Network: Information Technologies and Mathematics (DITM)

The Doctoral Network in Information Technologies and Mathematics is a continuation of the long-standing co- operation in doctoraleducation and research in Information Technologies and Mathematics in the Turku region, formalised through the Turku Centre for Computer Science (TUCS).

Mathematics research at ÅAU focuses on in mathematical analysis, particularly functional analysis, complex analysis, probability theory and stochastics. Researchers participate in the activities of the national doctoral programmes in Mathematics and its Applications, and, in Stochastics and Statistics.
