The NordicPharmaTrain is consolidating world-leading research and education in the Nordics within drug delivery, contemporary pharmaceutical manufacturing and clinical implementation with focus on translation and innovation in pharmaceutical research. The consortium is based on 10 top universities within the Nordic region and focus on i) mobility actions for young researchers and senior scientists; ii) research and education in collaboration with the strong life science partners within the region; and iii) training and mentorship of young researchers to equip them for future leadership within Nordic biotech and pharma industry. Via cooperation with other EU-based consortia and global top-ranked universities, the Nordic vibrant life science community is made visible to scientist outside the geographical location, facilitating attraction of new talents to the Nordics. The close interaction with industrial and clinical partners will safeguard natural transit from the NordicPharmaTrain to the Nordic life science academia and industry.
