Rector has decided that the current system with remote work and studying will continue throughout period III (11.1–21.3.2021) and IV (22.3–30.5.2021). First-year students will still be offered teaching on campus.

Self-studies on campus possible

During period III, older students will be able to book certain rooms on campus both in Åbo and Vasa for self-studies, either alone or in smaller groups. The rooms can be booked via the study planning tool Peppi for no more than 2 h/group. The rooms are available Monday–Friday between 8 am and 8 pm. Whoever books a room is responsible for making sure that all safety guidelines are followed. Whether this possibility will remain available througout period IV as well, will be decided on in early February.
