The prices for interlibrary loans for libraries follow the SYN recommendation from 2012.

Library services are VAT free. Other prices include 25,5 % VAT.
The library reserves the right, by agreement with the customer, to charge higher fees than the above in cases where the costs of the service far exceed those mentioned in the price list.
Fees are paid at the service desk (card payments only), online payment or via the ÅA web shop without additional costs.

When the number of copies ordered exceeds 145*/75**/16***, digitisation services are invoiced as a scanning service at an hourly rate (see above). In borderline cases, a lower rate will be charged.
All copying and digitisation is carried out by archive employees. Photography is allowed in the archive reading room. Copies and photographs of material from the archival collections of Åbo Akademi University Library and the Maritime History Institute are intended for personal use only. Please contact the Archive for possible publication.
