* The student fees apply to full time undergraduate students, not postgradual students nor doctoral researchers. Be prepeared to show your student card when arriving to the FERA Conference.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made via email to kt-paivat2023@abo.fi
For cancellations made by 8th November 2022, the participation fee will be refunded, but a processing fee of 50 euros will be deducted from the refund. For cancellations made after 8th November 2022, the participation fee will not be refunded.
In cases of force majeure, the conference organizer is not obligated to refund participation fees.
