Alex Mäkiharju will publicly defend his doctoral thesis in pedagogy with a thesis entitled Exploring Non-Affirmative Curriculum Leadership – Finnish principals’ mediations between curricular ideals and practical realities in cross-curricular teaching.
Professor Anette Bagger, Högskolan Dalarna will serve as opponent.

The public defence of the doctoral thesis takes place on Friday 22 May at 10 am in Akademisalen, Åbo Akademi, Rantakatu 2, Vaasa. It can also be attended online.
