Continuous development of thermodynamic databases of software packages such as FactSage, HSC Chemistry, and Thermo-Calc is based on the experimental and modeling contributions. This continuous development promotes a better understanding of the properties, behavior, and role of inorganic phases in high-temperature recycling processes, which help to improving industrial yield, avoiding costly plant shutdowns due to accretions and corrosion, and enabling the journey to net-zero emissions.
