Conference fees, terms and conditions
Prices – Early bird (Until February 28, 2026):
- Attendees without NCCS membership: €350
- NCCS members: €300
- Doctoral students: €300
- Master’s students: €175
The conference fee includes lunches and coffee as scheduled. If the registration is cancelled by March 21, 2026, half of the participation fee will be refunded.For cancellations after 21.3.2026 no refund will be made.
Regular conference fees (1.3-31.3.2026)
Attendees without NCCS membership: €500
NCCS members: €450
Doctoral students: €450
Master’s students: €325
The conference fee includes lunches and coffee as scheduled. Note that an additional fee of 70 euros is charged for the conference dinner!
Registration deadlines
Presenting authors are required to register by February 28, 2026: At that time, your presentation will be dropped from the program if you are not yet registrered. We encourage you therefore to register as soon as the abstract is approved.
Registration deadline for regular participants is March 31, 2026.
