Welcome to the Psych-AID network’s international conference on evidence-based and SOGIESC-sensitive asylum decision-making! Psych-AID is a Centre of Excellence at Åbo Akademi University, funded by the Foundation for Åbo Akademi University for the period 2024–2028. The network brings together interdisciplinary research aimed at strengthening fair and accurate asylum decision-making through psychological and legal evidence.
The conference will feature, among others, keynote speakers Hilary Evans Cameron, Lisa Diamond, Ilan Meyer, Hüseyin Ali Kudret and Hedayat Selim.
