Zhuzhuna Gviniashvili will publicly defend her doctoral thesis in Pedagogy with a thesis entitled Recreational Reading Among Hearing and Deaf Students in Finland and Georgia Before and During COVID -19 Pandemics.
Professor Hisayo Katsui, Helsinki University, will serve as opponent and Professor Emmanuel Acquah, Åbo Akademi University, as custos.
The public defence at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences takes place on Tuesday 27 October, at 1 pm in Akademisalen, Strandgatan 2, Vasa.
