Frontiers of Science is a long-running seminar series, celebrating over 25 years of bringing internationally acclaimed researchers to Turku. Organized by BioCity Turku, the series features world-leading scientists presenting their most recent discoveries and innovative ideas across diverse fields of life sciences.
The Frontiers of Science seminar program for autumn 2026 is now ready. All seminars will be held on Thursdays at 12:00 in Presidentti auditorium in the BioCity building. No registration is required, and coffee and sandwiches will be served at 11:45 on a first-come, first-served basis.
The seminars are intended for both researchers and students, and students can also collect ECTS credits by participating. Students wishing to collect ECTS credits should print the Seminar Diary and have it signed by the coordinator after each seminar.
