Conference fees, terms and conditions

Prices – Early bird (Until February 28, 2026):
  • Attendees without NCCS membership: €350
  • NCCS members: €300
  • Doctoral students: €300
  • Master’s students: €175

The conference fee includes lunches and coffee as scheduled. If the registration is cancelled by March 21, 2026, half of the participation fee will be refunded.For cancellations after 21.3.2026 no refund will be made.
