Contest period

The contest runs from 17 July 2023 to 11 August 2023 at 09:00 (UTC+3). The winners will be drawn 11 August. We contact the winners via Instagram direct message.

Who can participate?

All students at Åbo Akademi University (also students admitted 2023), who are at least 18 years of age and who have an Instagram account can participate in the contest. Persons with connections to the arrangements of the contest cannot participate.

How do I participate?

1. Follow Åbo Akademi University on Instagram: Åbo Akademi (@aboakademi) • Instagram photos and videos
2. Press “like” on the post in which the contest is announced on Instagram.
3. Tag in the comments (at least) one friend who you think should relax more this summer.

Prize

Among those who have entered the contest before its closing, two (2) persons will each win a hammock and noise cancelling headphones (JVC HA-S91N). Worth in total 170 euro/prize. The winners will be chosen at random 11 August 2023. We notify the winners via direct message on Instagram. If the winners are not reached within three (3) days, Åbo Akademi University has the right to draw winners. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Use of personal data

By participating, you accept the terms of the contest and that in the case you win, your name and Instagram username may be published on Åbo Akademi University’s channels. Your contact details will not be used for other purposes.

Åbo Akademi University reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the contest. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
