Contest period

The contest runs from 9 July 2024 to 16 August 2024 at 09:00 (UTC+3). The winners will be drawn 16 August. We contact the winners via Instagram direct message.

Who can participate?

All students at Åbo Akademi University (also students admitted 2024), who are at least 18 years of age and who have an Instagram account can participate in the contest. Persons with connections to the arrangements of the contest cannot participate.

How do I participate?

1. Follow Åbo Akademi University on Instagram: Åbo Akademi (@aboakademi) • Instagram photos and videos
2. Press “like” on the post in which the contest is announced on Instagram.
3. Tag in the comments (at least) one friend who you think should cycle to campus more often.

Prize

Among those who have entered the contest before its closing, one (1) person will each win a Helkama Jopo 24″ bicycle. The winner will be chosen at random 16 August 2024. We notify the winner via direct message on Instagram. If the winner is not reached within three (3) days, Åbo Akademi University has the right to draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Use of personal data

By participating, you accept the terms of the contest and that in the case you win, your name and Instagram username may be published on Åbo Akademi University’s channels. Your contact details will not be used for other purposes.

Other conditions

Åbo Akademi University reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the contest. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
