M.A. Josefine Sjöberg will publicly defend her doctoral thesis in Nordic History with a thesis entitled Falska identitetshandlingar och allmogens skriftpraktiker i Finland under 1800-talets första hälft.
Docent, University Lecturer Christopher Pihl, Södertörn University, Huddinge, Sweden will serve as opponent and Professor Johanna Ilmakunnas, Åbo Akademi University, as custos.
The public defence at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences takes place on Friday 4 December, at 13 pm in aud. Armfelt, Arken, Tehtaankatu 2, Turku.
