M.Sc. Farid Siddiqui will publicly defend his doctoral thesis in Cell Biology at the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Åbo Akademi University. The thesis is entitled Development of novel drugs targeting chaperones of oncogenic K-Ras.

Professor Krishnaraj Rajalingam, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany, will serve as opponent, and docent Annika Meinander, Åbo Akademi University, as custos.
