BBA Laleh Davoodi will publicly defend her doctoral thesis in Business Economics (Information Systems) with a thesis entitled Decoding Customer Sentiment: AI-Driven Insights into E-Commerce Trust and Satisfaction.

Professor Hercules Dalianis, Stockholm University, Sweden, will serve as opponent and Professor József Mezei, Åbo Akademi University, as custos.
