International Conference on Engineering Applications of Neural Networks (EANN '95)

EANN '95 was held in Otaniemi, near Helsinki in August 1995. The local organisers were the Finnish Artificial Intelligence Society and Helsinki University of Technology. The official site for EANN conferences is now at this Kingston University address.
The ftp.abo.fi site seems to be down.
