Booking of rooms at Åbo Akademi University
You can book rooms at the university by sending an e-mail to book@abo.fi. Information about which rooms you can book, and the booking fee can be accessed at the same address.
After an agreement is reached the doors will be opened 30 minutes before the booking starts unless different arrangements are agreed upon. It is not allowed to keep the doors open during the booking unless a guard is situated at the door.
You have access to the rooms only during the time you have booked.
For facility services and technical support as well as cleaning the day before a holiday, Saturdays and Sundays and evenings after 4 pm must be agreed upon beforehand. For more information, e-mail book@abo.fi.
